If you purchased our service then the files are in your package already, in the stock and combo files zipped up folder.

After you extract the zip file we sent to you in the email then it will spit out a folder named the same.

Go in that folder ONLY and open and install the winrar program. After that is done then extract the

stock and combo files in THAT folder by right clicking on it and left clicking "extract here". Another folder will pop out with 2 files.

Make sure the combination file has a ".tar" format before trying to open up the odin.

If not then extract that also until it says ".tar" or ".tar.md5".

Use the video step by step to zero out your IMEI before our service.

Remember to have Samsung Galaxy J5 drivers installed and a good cord before you do this.

It takes a while for the file to load in odin, so don't unplug the phone untill it says pass.

Unpaid customers (Follow below before you purchase the service)

Make sure you pick the right one for your phone!!!

Remember not to do this to your phone if you are not paying us to write the new clean IMEI.

Step 1. Download the link for your phone model located below to your windows only computer!!!

Here is a link to the special files that you have to have to use.

Just put in the AP tab in odin and click start. (Make sure it is in ".tar" format or you will not see it in odin.)

You will have to use 7 zip to extract the files that you will download.

G950U (J5 Regular)

You ONLY need to extract this file when it finishes downloading then load in ap tab in odin.

Step 2. Download and install the Samsung Galaxy J5 drivers. Link below

Step 3. Download the odin program and extract it (Right click-extract all).

Click in folder and click blue box to open odin after you unzip it.

-It should be 2 files in there the odin folder.

-If not put them both in a folder named odin when you flash it

Step 4. (Optional if you don't have a unzipping program)

If it says the site is harmful it is not just "click go to site"

This is if you can't figure out how to extract the files. If so then download and install

7zip to extract the odin file that way. 7zip link below. For 32 bit computers pick 32 bit and for 64 bit computers (newer computers) pick 64 bit.
