Well first you will need to shut off the water if you have shut off valves under the sink you could do it here or you could turn your main valve off. By looking at this picture, it looks like there is a cartridge in both sides of the faucet one in the hot handle and one in the cold.You will have to remove these handles in order to gain access to these cartridges. Once you have the handles removed there is most likely just a nut holding the cartridges in. Replace both cartridges and you should not have any more trouble for a while.
