00:00:45 1 - Identify loose tiles or strips of wood in the floor
00:01:07 2 - Unless you can lift a given loose tile or board, punch a 1mm pinhole in it
00:01:20 3 - Inject epoxy through the pinhole
00:01:29 4 - Tap or knock lightly on the affected tile or board
00:01:46 5 - Stop injecting immediately if any epoxy emerges around the edges or through the joints of the tile
00:01:59 6 - Leave it for epoxy to fully cure and harden
00:02:16 7 - Scrub away any excess epoxy with a chisel
00:02:26 8 - Fill any gaps and the pinhole with wood putty
00:02:36 9 - Touch up the finish, if necessary
