Yoga Breathing Techniques: How to do Ujjayi Pranayama | My 3 Tips

This is a tutorial on yoga breathing techniques specifically on how to do Ujjayi Pranayama or Ujjayi Breath. In this video, I share my 3 tips on how you can effectively do the Ujjayi Breath. You're supposed to be breathing this way throughout asana practice, so really anytime you're doing yoga and atleast in the vinyasa tradition.. Obviously that can be very challenging. I want to breakdown the Ujjayi Pranayama and give you a couple of different analogies on how you can think about it and how to get into it.
